With stunning views of the city and mountain, this well-kept home is a unique find in affluent Baronetcy Estate.
A top-notch chef's kitchen with high-end fittings and finishes, such as bespoke gloss grey cabinets, granite countertops, and professional-grade equipment, may be found in a contemporary kitchen with an island on the bottom floor. The entertainment room, which has a built-in braai-boma, and the dining area are one open space. There is a door in this space that opens to a guest restroom, saving guests the effort of climbing steps to use the bathrooms to the private rooms.
There are many different uses for the large, roomy living area. There are stacker doors in this space that opens up to the deck and pool, letting in a lot of natural light.
The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are fairly roomy and have en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. Beautiful views can be found in every bedroom.
This house has a lot of off-street parking and two double garages with direct access.
